For a cleaner desktop experience on your handheld please download and install file (1) accepting its default location. Then download file (2) and save it inside [\Application\StartUpCtl\OnRestore\] and proceed with Cold Boot.
Please download and then install file (1) into the alternative location [\Application] when prompted.
